If for any reason, you would want to return or exchange the product, we’d be heartbroken of course :( but here’s all you need to know.
To initiate your returns or exchange click hereto enter your email/phone number and the Order ID.
We will initiate a return/exchange pickup, you can expect further communication via SMS/Email.
Please send the product(s) back to us in its original condition.
Keep the receipts and tags on! No take-backs if they’re off.
Pack the product in the same condition as received in The Dance Bible packaging.
BTW! You’ve got 7 days to place your return/exchange request. Any Returns initiated outside the 7 day period are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
In case of returns, we will refund the complete amount. The amount will reflect in your bank account/original source of payment within 5-7 days from the day we receive the returned product in original condition.
In case you’ve cancelled an order or returned a product, we give our TDB fam the option of a refund. Here’s a few things you'll have to remember:
Once we receive the item - we’ll send you an email/SMS to let you know of approval/rejection of your refund.
Once the refund is approved - the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 5-7 days
For COD order - By default for COD orders we give store credit for the amount of your purchase. You can easily shop again with us and browse our exciting new collections. If you want refund via direct credit in a bank account, please WhatsApp us and we’ll take care of it.
Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship.
What items can be returned/exchanged:
We do not accept Returns for stockings if they are worn (stockings once worn are stretched out and remain in an unsaleable condition)
We accept returns / exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase
If any item is defective, please immediately send us pics on Whatsappor email. We advise you to notify us of damaged/defective products within 2 days of receiving the package.
Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
When trying on any product to check for fit and comfort, please ensure that any smell does not transfer to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
In the case of shoes, please try them on a clean surface. Place a piece of paper underneath or wear on a carpeted area so that the sole of the shoe does not get dirty.
