Q: “How do I place my order?”
1) Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like.
2) After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
3) Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
4) After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
5) From there, you can either login to your existing The Dance Bible account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one. You can login via email id or through your social ids.
6) Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
Q: “How do I know if my order was placed successfully?”
Q: “Can I place the order by Phone/WhatsApp?”
You can enquire about the product size, availability etc on WhatsApp but we take only online orders directly placed on the website.
Q: “How do I find the right size?”
All our products have attached size chart images. Please measure accordingly and order as per your size.
For kids leotard, ballet dresses and stockings - if your child is average built you can go as per the age recommendation mentioned in our size chart. If they are bigger/taller go for one size up and vice versa.
For shoes - please measure the foot size in “cm”. Stand erect against a wall and stretch out the measuring tape to measure accurately. Order as per our size chart in ‘cm’. If the foot is broad from the front, go one size bigger.
Q: “How to check the status of the order? (what is the process?)”
As soon as the order is shipped you will get a tracking url with your order ID and AWB number. You can start tracking your order by entering either your order Id or AWB on following link:

Q: “Why are few products out of stock? When can we purchase them?”
‘Out of Stock’ items are those hero products where demand exceeded supply and we couldn’t keep pace :-(. The good news is, these items are expected to be replenished within a few weeks.
Q: “Are shipping charges applied to my order?”
Good news! Everything you order from The Dance Bible will be shipped free of cost. So why wait, we say...Get Shopping!
Q: “Are there any hidden charges?”
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on TDB. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
Q: “Can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?”
Q: “Do you deliver everywhere in India?”
We aim to deliver to all the pin codes of India, but we are dependent on our logistics partner.
Q: “When does the order get shipped?”
We are as eager as you are to see TDB products in your hands. We usually ship within 24 hours from receiving the order at our end. As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and another update once a product is shipped out. If there is any unforeseen delay our customer experience team will drop you a message.
Q: “How long does it take to deliver the package?”
We offer free shipping on all products across India. The delivery may take up to 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending upon the location in India.
Q: “Can I opt for faster delivery?”
We do take special requests to expedite certain orders. We do not provide any guarantee but rest assured, we will always try our best to accommodate any urgent orders.
We have delivered orders within Delhi-NCR within 2 hours also at an additional cost. We are here to serve you and we are one WhatsApp message away!

Q: “Do you ship the products as shown?”
Yes. All of our products come in beautiful packaging that are reusable and the perfect keepsakes. + You get a free gift too on each order! All images shown in our product catalog give the accurate representation of the product. There may be only a slight color difference owing to screen resolutions.
Q: “How can I put in an exchange/refund request?”
You can place your request on the following link. Please ensure you have the order ID and the registered email/phone number at your hand - Return & Exchanges
Please note - only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.
Q: “What is our exchange/refund policy?”
Our return/exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt. Please read our policy here. Return Policies
Q: “What is your exchange/refund process?”
Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once the product is received at our end, our team will check and your refund will be initiated from our end. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the source (original mode of payment).
For exchange, we will ship the exchange product the very next day once our team approves of the same. So, the exchange and return pickup will be done simultaneously to save your time and make the exchange product reach quicker to you.
Q: “How will I get my refund if I have placed a COD order?”
Howsoever you wish.
Q: "How can I cancel my order?”
Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship.
*Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. But you can reject the delivery and tell the delivery partner that you want to cancel and hopefully come back super soon to shop with us again!
Q: "How can I pay for my orders?”
We accept the following methods of payment:

- Paytm Wallet
- Cash on Delivery*
* COD option is available only for standard sizes and products. For bulk orders and any customizations, we accept only credit/debit card / netbanking / paytm / wallet. Even if one piece in the order is customized, it has to be a prepaid order.
Q: “Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?”
Yes, absolutely we offer cash on delivery free of any additional cost on all orders, irrespective of the order amount.
However, All bulk/customized orders are prepaid only irrespective of order value.
Q: “I tried to make the payment but it failed. What should I do now?”
You can get in touch with us via WhatApp/Email to check if your order is confirmed or not. If not, we will help you place the order.
Q: “How do I know that my payment was successful?”
You’ll get an order confirmation notification if your payment has gone through and the order is confirmed! In case of any issues, you can always get in touch with us via WhatsApp/Email.
Q: “My payment was successful but the order status shows Pending Payment/Failed. Why?”
You may have experienced an error/glitch on the payment gateway page or technical difficulties due to which our website couldn’t capture your transaction (even though it’s successful). In this case, we request you to contact us via whatsapp or email us at hello@thedancebible.com
We will resolve this by manually processing your order.
Q: “What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website or blog? When do we collect this information?”
The Dance Bible collects personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers etc., only when voluntarily submitted by our visitors, while ordering or registering on our site.
